In past years I have spent weeks mulling over some meaningful and important New Years resolutions, and like most people they lasted anything from a few hours to at most several days. Last year I decided I would have no resolutions, which I have since decided was a bit of a cop out.
So this year, for the record, I have made the following broad, sweeping, generic and suitably vague resolutions:
- Exercise more (more = 3 times a week)
- Eat better, and in order to do so, learn to cook better
- Make better use of my time and do more things
- Reduce my environmental impact
That’s it. How long will it last? No idea, probably not long, but so far so good.
Oh, I almost forgot the last one: Write less boring blog posts.
